I hope you like it!<br /><br />You might consider that the reason you continue to slip up is because you are buried in shame. I know for me, the shame would become so heavy that I would act out to escape it - to feel good in some way. Once I busted through my step 4/5 that shame alleviated quite a bit.. but I wanted more... and once I came out I have a whole world of a support system and accountability system.<br /><br />I'm not saying come out to everyone tomorrow. Even I started small. But being progressive in opening up is also being progressive in recovery. So long as we hide, Satan has power over us. I'm feel...Ah Sidreis, I needed this post today. I'm feeling so lost. So full of shame. I just ordered it. I have so many books to read but hey why not just keep collecting until I have the time to read them all. I want to thank you for all the sincere work you are doing in this fight.<br /><br />In thinking about vulnerability, I would like to someday become more public and more up front about who i am.
